Job Description
  • Office Administration Support Assist with filing, record‑keeping, and maintaining organised office systems.

  • Data Entry & Accuracy Capture information into spreadsheets, databases, or systems with attention to detail.

  • Communication Assistance Help with drafting emails, answering calls, and supporting internal communication.

  • Meeting & Event Support Assist with scheduling, preparing meeting materials, and setting up venues.

  • Document Preparation Support the team with photocopying, scanning, and preparing reports or presentations.

  • Team Collaboration Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and provide support where needed.

  • Learning & Development Participate in training and mentorship opportunities to build workplace skills.

  • Professional Conduct Uphold Curro’s ethos and values through reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Key Skills / Requirements
  • South African youth between 18 and 34 years old.
  • Stipend range: R5 241,00 – R6 000,00 per month.
  • Must be previously unemployed.
  • Qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or related studies (advantageous).
  • Living close to the Curro school or office you are applying for.
  • Strong organisational skills for filing, scheduling, and record‑keeping.
  • Computer literacy – proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Communication skills – clear verbal and written ability.
  • Attention to detail – accuracy in data entry and handling documents.
  • Time management – able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Team collaboration – willingness to support colleagues and learn from feedback.
  • Soft skills & work ethic – punctual, reliable, professional, trustworthy, and eager to learn.

 

Please note: This is a stipend-based opportunity (not a salary). This is a 12-month contract position
